Book Review: Mercy Come Morning
In the five years that Krista's mother had been at Dane's Alzheimer's care facility, Cimaron, she has only visited her mother three times. Her mother led a life of loss, deep depression, and drinking. Krista never felt loved by her mother. After her mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis Krista tried to care for her but the burden became to great for one person to bear.
This book is well written and flows seamlessly between the present day and Krista's past. Krista is on a journey to forgive her mother and find peace within herself. It was a very easy read and I really did enjoy it.
